PragMServe is primarily for MS Dynamics CRM & SalesForce users on the move.

The application enables the Business users to be upto mark by leveraging the inbuilt capabilities.

The application allows to Create Leads, Cases, Appointments on the fly & sync back with MSCRM/SFDC intance for their organisation. It also allows a user to capture Pictures, attach documents, signatures, A/V files & submit back attached to a case/lead, etc.

The application works seamlessly for both Online & On-premise version for MS Dynamics CRM. The user can easily perform on-line search for related & available entities.

In addition, it allows a user to work upon the items even when there is no Data connectivity. The application intelligently notifies the user also for nearby lead locations. The application allows the navigation to customer location with valid addresses.
